Every Park With Football Facilities in Leeds

The outdoor football pitches in Leeds’ parks are suitable for club training, bootcamps or other outdoor events. Pitches are maintained with line markings to allow for organised amateur games to take place.

Outdoor football pitches in Leeds’ parks range in size from 5, 7 and 11-aside pitches which suit football for both junior and adult ages. You are free to use the marked football pitches in the parks when amateur football is not being played on the pitches.

A variety of local clubs play their organised games on the pitches. These are managed by West Riding FA in conjunction with Leeds City Council.

Armley Park

A large urban park, perfect for picnics and a wander. Stretching from Armley, across to the Leeds Liverpool canal.

Ashton Park

Concrete park in the centre of Harehills. Playground, football and basketball play areas. Close to Harehills Road.

Aysgarth Walk Park

Open green space with a junior sized football pitch. Concrete surface good for biking and scooting. Bright street lighting in the park.

Banstead Park

Inner-city park. Large concrete MUGA. Football, cricket and basketball spaces. Outdoor gym trail. Urban garden to relax in. Two playgrounds.

Barley Hill Park

Recreation ground. Great for amateur football. Playground with mixed age equipment. Two public walk-on tennis courts.

Blenheim Park

Blenheim Park is a small inner city park on the edge of Leeds city centre. Has basketball/football courts and playground

Bramley Park

A much loved community park. Popular with families, dog walkers and parkrun enthusiasts.

Brookfield Recreation Ground

A perfect spot to bring the kids for some play and a picnic. A hidden gem that the family will want to come back to!

Burley Park

A green break from the busyness of the city. A Victorian era park great for picnics, running, and relaxing.

Carr Manor Fields Playground

Toddler friendly playground next to grass playing fields. Play ball games and run around. Walk across fields and through woodland.

Cranmer Bank Recreation Ground

Recreation ground for football and rugby. Skatepark and playground. At the centre of the Moortown estate. Next to King Lane.

Cross Flatts Park

Organised sport activities including running, football, basketball and roller-skating. Summer and winter events including Beeston Festival.
