Location
Willow Field is located next to ITV Yorkshire, and houses Pulse 1 Radio. Based in the leafy residential area of Kirkstall, just outside of the city centre.
Kirkstall is widely known for the preserved ruins of the 12th-century Cistercian Kirkstall Abbey monastery.
Things to Do
Dog Walking
There’s a generous path loop around the centre of Willow Field and plenty of field space to let the dog off the lead. Willow Field is well light at night making it safe and accessible after dark.
Ball Games
As the name suggests there’s a decent piece of green space for a variety of balls games. Bring a football, a cricket set, or even a dodgeball depending on how many mates you can pull together.
Picnic
For anyone living or working in and around Kirkstall and Burley Road, Willow Field is a little piece of green sanctuary that makes for a picnic or outdoor lunchbreak.

There is no public toilet. The nearest toilet is at Kirkstall Brewery.
Willow Field has bins on site.
Food and Drink
Kirkstall Brewery is a 5-minute walk away down Kirkstall Road. Here you can make the most of the taproom and the range of ales and beers on offer.
A couple of minutes away from Willow Field on Burley Road is the Persian restaurant Haftsin. Expect traditional Iranian kebabs and stews in a cosy rustic spot.
Parking
The nearest parking is paid at Burley Road Car Park (Google Map Directions). – the hourly prices are reasonable!

Willow Field is fully accessible by a wheelchair and pushchair.
