The Food

The Mustard Pot is characterised by a seasonally changing menu of gastro pub food. Which is a focus on British food that is filling yet more refined; from steak and ale pie to mussels in white wine kind of fare.

On a Sunday the Mustard Pot serves up a quality roast (including the popular Mustard Pot nut roast!). And look out for the multi-course Christmas menu throughout December.

The Drink

Enjoy ale from a host regional breweries such as Banks, Jennings, and Wychwood. There is also a decent range of beers, wines and spirits; all with a seasonal twist added throughout the year.

The Place

Based in a grade 2 listed building that was previously know as Clough House and originally built as a gentleman’s house in 1750. It became a public house in the 1970s.

A tepee for groups getting together can be booked in the huge beer garden, which comes with a playhouse for the little ones.
