The drinks menu is a big part of the experience, with locally brewed beers, signature cocktails and a full range of spirits. Happy Hour (Sun–Fri, 4–7pm) brings £5 pints and 2 spritz for £13, alongside wines and low & no alcohol options.

Created from shipping containers, The Canary has an industrial yet warm and welcoming vibe. Two bars across two floors with cosy indoor booths and tables and waterside views. You can enjoy a heated front decking area and an upper terrace overlooking Leeds Dock.
Bottomless Brunch
A standout at Leeds Dock, The Canary’s bottomless brunch runs every Saturday from 12–5pm. For £36 per person, guests enjoy 90 minutes of unlimited drinks plus a main, with options from burgers to lighter dishes.
