Things to Do

The playground is the centre piece in Oatland. The recently rejuvenated play park includes an air glider, swings, slides and a climbing frame. The setup is child friendly and appeals to both young and older children.

The grassy areas surrounding the play park make for a great place to have a picnic in the sunshine.

Little London takes its name from a comparison made in the 19th century that this part of Leeds has similar architecture to suburbs of London.

The high rise flats and multi-culturalism may take comparisons to Brixton or Croydon. Little London was redeveloped in the 1950s and 60s. Various high-rise and low-rise council housing was developed throughout the suburb.

The nearest toilet is at Little London Community Centre.

Oatlands Playground has rubbish bins in the vicinity.
