The Food
The range of hand stretched pizzas are popular at the Woods. You can pick from an even range of vegetarian or meat topping combinations.
Small plates like wedges, hummus, meatballs, prawns and more hearty dishes like pie, burger and lasagne.
On a Sunday the Woods puts on a Sunday lunch menu covering traditional selects like beef, chicken, pork belly and for those not eating meat there is a vegan jackfruit pie. Sunday roast sides include cauliflower cheese and Yorkshire pudding!

The Drink
The Woods has a decent range of cask & keg beer from fantastic local breweries alongside plenty of choice in cocktails, wines and spirits.
The Place
The venue is strikingly spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open kitchen where chefs were busy preparing orders. The mis-matched chairs and art all over the walls is a nice addition.
Themed music nights with live bands and DJs are hosted on the second floor – keep an eye on their socials and website for whats up and coming.
The outdoor drinking area – which is split between a side terrace and a full roof-terrace – is designed with a nice touch that has lights, foliage and wooden panelling. Outdoor spots are covered and heated.

The Woods is situated in the centre of Chapel Allerton just off the main Harrogate Road. Located several miles north of the city centre the area is easily accessible by bus and car.
