The Foundation boasts an impressive selection of beverages, with a particular focus on their house-brewed Meanwood Brewery beers. Featuring six keg lines and two cask pumps, offering a rotating selection of their craft beers.

Their bar programme also includes a carefully curated selection of natural wines, creative cocktails, and refreshing spritz options.

Coffee enthusiasts are also well-served, with a full range of coffee beverages available throughout the day.

The space has been thoughtfully designed to create a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere where both children and dogs are welcome. The venue features a well-appointed bottle fridge displaying an impressive selection of take-out options.

The venue boasts two distinct outdoor drinking areas, offering patrons the choice between front-of-house seating or a more secluded enclosed space at the back of the open space.

The Location

The Foundation is located in Adel, far north on Otley Road. Despite the area being on the fringe of the more bustling parts of north Leeds, the bar isn’t alone with a couple of bars and eateries around it.

Where to Park

There is a small amount of parking in front of the shops on this stretch, however we recommend getting a taxi or parking on one of the residential streets around the area. To save the disappointment of no spaces.
