The Drink

Enjoy a gin, rum or a glass of wine from their hand picked list. If an ice cold pint is your thing then you can pick from the Leeds Brewery Monsoon IPA, or a Birra Moretti. There’s are also a small selection of hot and cold drinks to choose from.

The Place

The name Skyliner was a spark of inspiration during a Meehan family trip in the 60s. The name in neon lights hung over an American dinner was the first step towards the fish and chip shop that’s become a staple of the Cross Gates community.

What’s more your fish and chips are a little more conscious of the environment, with the takeaway served in cardboard boxes and paper bags. And there’s a book exchange box right outside the restaurant for the local readers.

Where to Park

Austhorpe View runs right past the front of Skyliner and has space for a minimum of 20 cars to park for free when accessing the shop fronts.
