Sarto is a collaboration of two independent giants. Laynes & The Brunswick’s.
Born over a shared passion for pasta and dedication to an excellent experience, they are bringing something a little different to Leeds.
Take a look around
Specialising in fresh pasta they make each day, Sarto’s menu changes on a regular basis dictated by the seasons.
The mains are a decent size, and they aim to bring all sorts of crazy ideas to the table.
There is a real selection of drinks here. Beers on tap will range from local North Brew Co. complemented by plenty of favourites in the bottle bar. If you are more into your wine, then local aficionados Latitude and Wayward Wines have you covered.
The guys from behind the bar at the Brunswick will be bringing their knowledge to the fore by shaking up some great cocktails too!
Sarto is located at Munro House, an ex-fabric warehouse. Fun fact ‘sarto’ is Italian for ‘tailor’.
Inside is light and super friendly. Exposed brick and industrial ventilation pipes, a two-tone orange wall and a central bar with a curved counter top. Bulbs hang down from the high ceiling whilst you sit on Scandinavian stools. Large windows look over the city of Leeds.
If you fancy, you can sit at the curved bar which surrounds the kitchen and watch whilst your meal is prepared.
Where to Park
The restaurant is fully accessible by wheelchair and pushchair with no step access.
Collection and delivery are available.
Note from Discover Leeds: Where possible we suggest contacting directly and/or collecting as third party delivery companies take a large cut.
What To Do Next
This area of Leeds is full of options!
If you are planning a full evening, why not head to The Wardrobe just around the corner. You may be able to catch a gig.
And if you aren’t feeling that, Crowd of Favours is a little further in the opposite direction on Harper Street. Couple of bevvies in a cosy bar?
