The Food
As the sacred process of fish frying goes Saltd & Batterd can do things a little different. Like putting a chunky bit of white fish between 2 scallop slices before frying it in a special batter mix.
The focus on sustainability shines through with the choice of potatoes – a sagita potato delivered direct from a Yorkshire farm.
Alongside the fish selections are butties and pies including halal options.
