Barnie’s is serving up a traditional fish and chip supper with all the extras you expect from any chippy worth its salt. Portions are proper hearty and satisfyingly good.
Expect fish that’s soft, flakey and golden served with wonderfully crispy chips. And if you don’t want route one then you can get pie; fish cake; scampi; sausage; spam butty; all smothered in your classics including mushy peas, gravy and curry sauce.

There is plenty of customer parking to the rear of the chip shop. And the front of the chippy has a disabled parking spot.

First Bus Leeds number 8 and the Metro X84 will take you from the city centre to a stop very close to Barnie’s on Otley Road. This service runs on the half hour. A taxi from the same location will get you to Barnie’s in 15-minutes.
Barnie’s has full disability access, with flat access to the shop front.
