Whether you’re in the city centre or out in the suburbs – and going for a walk is the perfect way to see it. There are easy family-friendly walks you can do around the city’s most scenic parks or more testing walks that make use of the fantastic rights of way through the green spaces in Leeds.
Like the short distance route, the Meanwood Valley Way, which takes in several parks and green spaces along the 7-mile route. Or, long-distance routes like the Leeds Country Way – an impressive 62-mile route that makes a circle ring around the entire city, taking in lots of landmarks along the way.
