Location
Kippax is a village in the metropolitan borough of Leeds. It is located east of the city centre near the town of Garforth.

Kippax Common bowling green is a public crown green bowling pitch. It is not used by a local team; local residents are welcome to use this bowling green at their leisure.
Skatepark
Kippax Skatepark is a concrete back-and-forth plaza with a big bowl at one end. There are several boxes and rails to use! This doozy of a park was built by the company Wheelscape.

Breeze in the Park
Breeze in the Park makes a yearly visit to Kippax Common in the summer holiday. Come and get entertained by the interactive play system that contains arts, inflatables and food.
History
In 2021 the Kippax Parish Council organised a consultation to hear people’s views on what they wanted in the village.
Overwhelming the response was for the installation of a playground at Kippax Common. The council are in the process of designing and installing this.
Amenities
The nearest public toilet is a 20-minute walk away at the White Swan pub.
There are dog and rubbish waste bins in the park.
Food and Drink
For some food and drink you will have to make the 20-minute walk into the centre of Kippax. The Tasty Bites sandwich shop is a great choice for something quick and on the move.

There is limited on-site free parking for up to 7-cars off Green Lane, LS25 7HT (Google Map Directions)
