The Mansion

The Garden Room Café offers a coffee and cake terrace with views over the Upper Lake. The Mansion Tea Rooms provide a blend of charm, tradition and treats in a quintessential English setting surrounded by natural beauty.

The Mansion is located in Roundhay Park, on Mansion Lane just off Princes Avenue, one of the largest parks in Leeds spanning over 700-acres.

The park features lakes, woodlands and gardens. The venue is situated just 15-minutes from Leeds city centre.

Major bus routes along the A58 and A6120 provide public transport access to the park.

The Tea Rooms are located on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible. There are disabled toilets available on the ground floor. 

After visiting The Mansion, guests can explore the surrounding 700 acres of beautiful parkland in Roundhay Park. The park offers ample opportunities for walking and cycling along tree-lined paths. Children can burn off energy at the playground located near the café.

For those interested in arts, Tropical World is a botanical greenhouse located just across the park. It contains over 700-species of plants and animals. There is also a gallery located next to the café displaying local artwork.
