The Food

The Abbey Inn serve traditional pub food including your classics: Burgers, Lasagna, Chili, Fish supper, Pie and Sausages. With sweet standards like sticky toffee pudding and fudge cake for desert. And if you’re not too hungry then you grab a sandwich or one of their “interesting bar snacks.” There’s also a children’s menu for the little ones.

The Drink

The Abbey showcases a selection of local ales from West Yorkshire, with pumps dedicated to dark ale and real cider. Also on offer is a range of keg beers, whiskies and wines.

The Place

The Abbey Inn was a former stone-built farmhouse that dates back from 1714.  Inside the pub is plenty of cosy seating that makes your pub grub dining experience a pleasant one. Outside the front you’ll find ample seating that is a sun trap for walkers and cyclists stopping off on route for a couple. If you want to plan more of a social you can visit the Inn on a Tuesday for a folk night; live music on a Saturday and quizzes on a Thursday and Sunday.

The Abbey Inn is also dog friendly both out and inside, which makes it a great place to stop off if you have been on a walk with the dog. Or just don’t want to leave your furry friend at home!

The Abbey Pub is nestled between the River Aire and Leeds-Liverpool canal over on the edge of Bramley in the west of Leeds.
