The Food

Breakfast & Brunch

Served from 9am – 3pm everyday you can choose from toasties, bagels, croissants, pancakes, vegan specials and a soup of the day. Toppings and fillings include your classic British flavours to more continental combinations. And we recommend trying the super popular ‘Koko Kroque’ – homemade béchamel, mushrooms, gruyere, cheese, ham and an egg!

House of Koko is one of the best places for breakfast in Leeds.

Sweet Treats

Available all day until close at 4pm. House of Koko comes ready to satisfy your sweet tooth with a slew of cake – carrot, walnut, sticky toffee, blueberry & pistachio and slices to name a few – and slices – cookie sandwiches, rocky road, fudge cake, cheesecakes and brownies – that will keep you coming back. And we found a delightful combination of donut and croissant for the first time – get your lips around one of their ‘Cronuts’.

There’s a sterling choice of fresh juices, including a wide selection of the delectably fizzy San Pelegrino, and another one of our favourites – Kombucha with great flavours (ginger, elderflower and rhubarb) that comes with real health giving properties.

The Place

House of Koko is one of the independent trail blazers in the trendy area of Chapel Allerton. The vibe is super cool chic, the kind where Apple Macs blend into the background. But, don’t be overwhelmed by the trendiness. This is a place you could chill on your ones; catch up with a friend; or settle down to some work (from not so home).

The café also has a great outdoor decking area that’s a sun trap in the afternoon.
