Heaney & Mill opened its doors in late summer 2017. This proudly independent restaurant serves top-notch cuisine in relaxed surrounds. The interior is stylish and serene – think marble table tops, exposed stone and a muted colour palette.
Menus change regularly to keep the offering fresh and exciting while showcasing the best produce the area has to offer. Breakfast options include oats, pancakes and bagels alongside hot dishes like a full English, and salt-aged sirloin steak with eggs and Hollandaise sauce. The evening menu boasts small plates like burrata with roasted beets, sugared pecans and aged balsamic, which are perfect for a relaxed grazing meal. There are also deli platters and large plates such as roasted haunch of venison served with black fig, celeriac, creamed potato and a rich Port sauce.
