The menu spans an unusually broad range of cuisines, moving from American-style comfort food through to a dedicated Chinese section — all under one roof.

Starters and sharers come under the Riviera Nibbles banner, where dynamite chicken features eight pieces coated in a homemade seasoning, alongside dynamite king prawns prepared in the same style. Loaded skin-on fries arrive topped with jalapenos, crispy fried onions, and cheese sauce, while nachos come with tortilla chips, jalapenos, cheese sauce, and salsa.

The pizza selection includes a Riviera Special alongside classics like margherita and pepperoni, with a vegetarian option for meat-free diners. The burger lineup centres on a smash burger with two patties, cheese, tomato, caramelised onions, and lettuce, plus a grilled chicken burger and a Mexican burger loaded with cheese, tortilla chips, and lettuce.

The Chinese section — billed as authentic Chinese dishes — offers salt and pepper chicken wings, crispy shredded chicken, and lamb spare ribs. Chow mein and fried rice are available with chicken, beef, or king prawn, and a Chinese platter brings together spare ribs, chicken balls, shredded chicken, chicken wings, salt and pepper chips, spring rolls, prawn toast, and curry sauce for the table to share.

Desserts are a headline feature in their own right, with a selection rivalling the food menu for breadth. Cheesecakes range from lotus and Oreo to a kunafa cheesecake with a Middle Eastern twist. Cookie dough comes in Biscoff and Kinder Bueno varieties, brownie trays include pistachio and strawberry, and traditional puddings such as apple crumble and cornflake tart round things off.

Riviera Lounge is entirely alcohol-free — no beer, wine, or spirits appear anywhere on the menu. Instead, the drinks programme centres on a creative mocktail selection that includes a classic mojito, strawberry daiquiri, coco loco, and the unusual Irn Bru tonic.

The milkshake range is equally extensive, with options spanning Nutella chocolate, Kinder Bueno, Ferroro Rocher, and Skittles alongside more traditional vanilla and strawberry.

Where Riviera particularly stands out is its specialist tea selection. Moroccan tea, Desi Karak chai, and mint tea are all available by the cup or pot, alongside English and peppermint tea. The coffee menu covers the essentials — cappuccino, latte, americano, and espresso — with hot chocolate and iced coffee completing the lineup. Soft drinks include Rubicon, J2O, and Red Bull.

The interior commits fully to a dark, glamorous aesthetic. Black marble-effect walls run throughout the space, punctuated by gold horizontal stripe panelling that lends an Art Deco-adjacent feel to the room. A large illuminated marquee “R” sign, framed in individual light bulbs, acts as a bold focal point on the main feature wall.

Seating takes the form of deep navy upholstered booth banquettes, designed for settling in rather than passing through. Overhead, small spot downlights provide ambient, low-key illumination that reinforces the moody, intimate atmosphere. A service counter sits at the rear of the main room, with TV screens mounted at height — likely used for event nights and ambience.

The venue runs a regular events programme, including live DJ and music nights and lounge-style game evenings during Ramadan. It opens at 5pm daily and runs until 2am on weekdays, extending to 3am on Fridays and Saturdays — firmly positioning itself as an evening and late-night destination.
