Döner Shack is open all day and offers a menu filled with freshly made, tasty options for lunch or dinner for all occasions, whether it’s a catch-up with friends, date night before the cinema or a snack after work.
Döner Shack has more than double the amount of lean meat compared to a standard UK kebab. 85% lean veal and turkey with a blend of spices, fats and herbs. It contains no artificial fillers or excessive oils.
The chicken used for their chicken shawarma is free-range and gluten-free. Döner Shack only use thigh meat in their shawarma recipe and are working with suppliers introduce organic fed chicken later this year.
Döner Shack makes their pida’s to a traditional Turkish recipe using a processes that they learnt in partnership with bakeries in Germany.
From March 2020 they set a goal to reduce our carbon footprint. This led to a decision to begin baking pidas in store and ensure our kebaps are fresh.
