Independent café specialising in ciabatta and focaccia sandwiches. Speciality coffee from local roasters.
They have a pour-over, V60, a rotation of seasonal guest coffee blends and also serve a selection of teas and hot chocolate.
They bake their bread daily using just 5 ingredients: water, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, flour and salt. No additives, enhancers or artificial flavourings! This bread forms the basis of the sandwich menu. Each one of their sandwiches uses either hand made ciabatta or focaccia bread. If there are any left over sandwiches, they are donated to homeless charities rather than being thrown away.
