The Food
Bomba specialises in authentic paella made to order. They have a short menu of fresh classic tapas as well as daily specials. For lunch they serve bocadillos (Spanish sandwiches) such as chorizo picante, rocket & pepper.

The Drink
Expect Spanish aperitivos and cocktails such as vermouth spritz , proper sangria & Spanish G&T. Bomba also serve have Victoria Malaga lager and local beers. There is a short wine list with some great Spanish wines including Cava.
There are a small selection of soft drinks available.
The Place
Bomba has an open plan layout with bare brick walls, vaulted ceilings and open kitchen. A lovely south facing terrace looking out onto the square. Has both bar and restaurant seating.
The space previously housed Matt Healy X The Foundry.
The owner Joe set up the original Arts Café in Leeds and Ilkley Moor Vaults in Ilkley. His team includes chef Manuel and wife and business partner Elizabeth. Bomba grew out of a paella at-home delivery service during lockdown.
