Walking
The Lorry Bank and Scott Wood Lane Loop is a 2.5 kilometre trail that’s rated as easy by All Trails. Generally, the park is a great place to walk the dog with lots of tracks to get lost on.
Running
There is a cracking long set of wooden steps that traverse from the Scott Wood Lane entrance to the top of the hill. We recommend you use these beauties for sets on a training run that works the legs and the backside.
Photography
The park has one of the best panoramic views of Leeds city centre. We recommend getting here to take the shot just before sunrise or sunset.
Wildlife
Bringing the camera along is worth it when there’s rabbits, foxes, deers and an array of birds on show. If you haven’t got a lens keep still and keep those eyes peeled.
